Even after clean sheets go on, soft surfaces underneath can still hold onto everyday bedroom odors.
Pets that lounge on beds and rugs can leave soft surfaces needing an everyday refresh.
Rooms that stay shut can make everyday soft-surface odors more noticeable.
Soft goods left closed away can hold everyday odors that show up when you open the space again.
Shoes, gym bags, hampers and other soft items that sit in the room can leave nearby surfaces smelling less fresh.

THE EASY EVERYDAY REFRESH
Good Natured Brand lists mattresses among the product’s applications. Use only on a dry, vacuumable mattress surface that the manufacturer’s care instructions allow. Spot-test an inconspicuous area first. Do not apply to exposed foam unless the mattress maker specifically permits dry powder treatment and vacuuming.
Always check your mattress care label and warranty guidance before use. Some manufacturers limit powders, fragrances or vacuum methods. When instructions conflict with a general freshening routine, follow the mattress manufacturer.
Apply a light, even layer—avoid piles. Leave it on for about 10–15 minutes, or follow the current package directions. Then vacuum the full treated area thoroughly with a clean upholstery attachment until no powder remains.
Only after the mattress surface is completely vacuumed clear of powder. Do not remake the bed or sleep on residual powder.
Use on compatible dry carpets and rugs that can be vacuumed after a powder treatment. Check the rug or carpet care instructions and spot-test first. For fuller rug guidance, see our carpet freshener for rugs page.
Freshener Powder is offered in Essential and Signature scent lines, with pack sizes shown on the product page. Availability can change—choose your scent and size on the product page.
It is for routine freshening of compatible soft surfaces between deeper cleanings. It is not a stain remover, disinfectant or deep cleaner.
Address the underlying source first with an appropriate cleaning method. Do not apply powder to wet or damp surfaces. After the area is clean and fully dry, eligible vacuumable surfaces may be refreshed as a finishing step if care instructions allow. This product is not an enzyme urine treatment or mold remedy. For pet-home routines, see pet-friendly home freshening.
No. It is a powder for eligible soft surfaces—not a mist, plug-in or hanging fragrance for cabin or room air. Soft-surface freshening and air fragrance are different jobs.
